Contains data concerning all airmen certificates issued for a month. Student issues and renewals are also included. This file is available monthly and requires one reel of tape regardless of tape density.

Instructors with outstanding
qualifications and
performance records as
instructors.
3 = Student: Self-explanatory
Control Number 2-6 5 Sequence number starting from
00001 (Increments by 1 for each
Airman)
Record Number 7-8 2 Record number will contain a 10,
20, or 30-39, designating sequence
for the Airman's 'set' of records:
i.e.,Name, Address, and the Cert
